What we collect
We only collect personal information you choose to send us. When you submit our quote or contact form, that is your name, business name, email address, phone number, the service and budget options you select, and your message. If you start a WhatsApp chat with us, we receive the details you share there.
This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers, and it does not profile visitors.
Why we collect it
We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal for you. This is done on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is delivered securely to our team's inbox and is seen only by the people who need it to respond to you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it with third parties only where a service we rely on (such as form delivery or website hosting) processes it on our behalf, or where the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain ordinary business records. If you never become a client, you can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@lagosmart.digital and we will handle it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
